This month, we’re heading high into India’s Baba Budangiri hills for something seriously special. Expect creamy milk chocolate and soft nougat sweetness, lifted by the crisp, juicy brightness of red apple. Silky, clean and beautifully balanced, it’s the kind of coffee that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Grown at Ratnagiri Estate by third-generation farmer Ashok Patre, every cherry is tested for sweetness and picked at peak ripeness beneath a lush three-layer canopy shared with monkeys, leopards and even the occasional elephant.
