This is La Serranía, grown along an isolated stretch of the Andes' central cordillera through Pitalito, Acevedo, Palestina, Timaná, and Suaza, the work of more than 50 producers who hand-sort and process each lot on their own farms, paying close attention to drying for a clean, consistent cup It's decaffeinated at the Descafecol plant in Manizales using ethyl acetate derived entirely from sugar cane, removing 99.7% of the caffeine while keeping the coffee's natural complexity intact. Expect a soft acidity, a long aftertaste, and a decaf that's anything but ordinary.

Most coffees are labelled as espresso or filter. We see things differently. Every coffee has its own personality, so we roast each one to bring out its unique flavour, sweetness and character, rather than making it fit a brewing method.
