Swiss water decaf

Coffee, without the curfew. Sweet maple syrup, smooth chocolate, and praline, this is a decaf that finally tastes like the origin it came from. We spent years searching for a decaf that could stand up to its caffeinated counterparts, and Swiss Water is it: no chemicals, just green coffee extract and water, removing 99.9% of the caffeine through osmosis over 8 to 10 hours. The result is a cup you'd never guess was decaffeinated. This lot comes from COCAFELOL, a co-operative in Honduras' Ocotepeque Department, using its Fairtrade premium to fund a fertiliser business that turns coffee husks into free fertiliser for local farms, in a mountainous, national-park-fringed region perfectly suited to coffee growing.

Most coffees are labelled as espresso or filter. We see things differently. Every coffee has its own personality, so we roast each one to bring out its unique flavour, sweetness and character, rather than making it fit a brewing method.
