Warm Up This Autumn with a Homemade Broomfield Coffee Pumpkin Spice Latte!
 
Ingredients:
 
• 60 ml Broomfield Espreso 
• 200ml milk (any kind: whole, almond, oat, etc.)
• 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
• 1 tablespoon of sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish
 
Instructions:
 
1. Brew the Coffee: Brew 60ml of our signature blend, Broomfield Espresso. Feel free to use another brew method (French Press, Drip etc), our preference is using our La Marzocco epresso machine.
2. Make the Pumpkin Mixture: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth and warmed through (about 2-3 minutes).
3. Heat the Milk: In a separate saucepan or using a milk frother, heat the milk until it’s warm and slightly frothy.
4. Combine the Ingredients: In a mug, mix the Brommfield Espresso with the pumpkin mixture. Pour in the heated milk and stir well.
5. Optional Toppings: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice for that final autumn touch.
6.Serve: Enjoy your homemade Broomfield Coffee Pumpkin Spice Latte!
