Capucas, San Pedro De Copan, Honduras. The Beneficio Santa Rosa Mill takes daily truckloads of coffee, in parchment form, from nearby farms and producers, with location tags to ensure traceability. Beans are prepared in the central mill, before being sent to the Swiss Water Decaffeination plant in Vancouer, Canada. The Swiss Water decaffeination process is a chemical free process developed in Switzerland, hence the name, which simply uses pure water and osmosis to achieve an end product that is 99.9% free of caffeine. The natural process preserves the coffees flavour and quality whilst removing only the caffeine for an incredible decaf coffee. *SHG - Strictly High Grown.
